The Viking Building was a commercial job I did last fall in Poulsbo. A building in pretty sad condition was renovated to be the home of the new owners’ individual businesses as well as other business rental spaces. It turned out to be quite a large project and by the time I met the owner she was justifiably pretty frazzled. As any of you know who have undertaken a significant remodel project, it runs you, not you it. She needed to choose exterior colors quickly to keep up with the pace of the project and was frustrated that she wasn’t finding quite what she wanted. We met several times and in rather short order had the exterior and the interior colors established. Take a look at the before and after photos to see the transformation.
