I posted some photos last spring of one of the oldest houses in the Walla Walla valley that was due to be repainted… and the German House is done! This is one of the many Whitman College “Interest” houses that allow a bit of whimsy since their function is different than a single family residence, rather they are lived in during the school year by students who share this common interest. The result is a house that has terra cotta, creamy yellow, red, purple and black all at the same time…and it works! Please enjoy a few colorful before and after photos.
